Delaware Cows' Internship Information (applications accepted through 01/31/07)
The Delaware Cows baseball team is looking for college students to intern for our 2007 summer season. The season runs from mid-June through the end of July. Hours vary and can potentially be coordinated with classes, jobs and other activities. We're certain that with the responsibilities you'll be given and the experience you'll gain by working with our organization will be worthwhile. In most cases, college credit can be earned through our internships. As well, some of our internships offer a stipend.
The Delaware Collegiate Baseball Club is in its sixteenth year of existence. The team is located in Delaware, Ohio (15 minutes north of Columbus) and is a member of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League. The Major League sponsored GLSCL is a summer, wooden bat, collegiate baseball league with teams in Ohio and Indiana. The purpose of this type of baseball is to showcase college ballplayers who exhibit professional potential and to sharpen skills needed for a professional baseball career.

For those applying for a broadcasting position... you should have some sports broadcasting experience and a thorough knowledge of baseball. We broadcast games live on the internet via sportsjuice.com. Being able to keep a scorebook is a plus.
