Ohio State Student Radio Career

2006-07 (Sophomore Year)
In what looks to be his breakout season, Dylan plans on doing play by play and color for more then half of the sports covered on Ohio.fm/sports including OSU Football, Men's/Women's Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, and Soccer. He is also excited about his Co-Sports Director duties, and hosting the "Bux on Bux" radio show, along with Football and Basketball preview shows...

2005-06 (Freshman Year)
After heavy recruiting and weeks of option weighing, Dylan signed his LOI with OSU Student Radio. Getting the call to play early, he became a weekly participant on the "Bux on Bux" radio show before getting the opportunity to Co-Host starting Winter Quarter. Recieved first on-location radio opportunity doing pre-game for OSU Football @UM, and @ Fiesta Bowl. During Winter Quarter he gained valuable experience from Ohio.fm legends Jeff Svoboda and Gavin Blair, as Dylan provided color commentary for OSU M/W Hockey and Men's Basketball. DSH earned play by play and color honors in the Spring Quarter of 2006, as he became a pivotal piece of the OSU Baseball announcing crew. The best year of his life ended with the announcement that he along with "Rising Star" Brian Rosen, would be named Co-Sports Directors.

Prior to Ohio State
Dylan attended Marlboro High School (Home of Jim Nantz) where he became a vital staff member of their paper, the "Hitching Post". With the help of his famous journalism teacher Mr. Thomas J. Wojtal, he realized that his career would without a doubt be in Journalism. Chose OSU over Pittsburgh, Michigan State, and Florida State. He was also an MHS track member during his Freshman and Sophmore years, but retired due to the lack of future and instead moved to alternative career goals.
